Target Audience and Goal Statement
This activity is intended for physicians, physician assistants, and nurses across specialties who care for patients with a life-limiting or terminal diagnosis.
The goal of this activity is for learners to be better able to recognize and inform patients who qualify for hospice care, ultimately improving the quality of care provided to individuals with life-limiting or terminal illnesses.
