Target Audience and Goal Statement

This activity is intended for general ophthalmologists, retinal specialists, optometrists, emergency medicine physicians, and primary care physicians.

The goal of this activity is for learners to be better able to make appropriate clinical decisions across multiple touchpoints in the retinal vein occlusion (RVO) patient journey.

At the conclusion of this program, learners will be better able to:

  • Recognize clinical signs of RVO
  • Diagnose RVO
  • Manage patients with RVO (via referral or direct treatment)
