Target Audience and Goal Statement

This activity is intended for psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners (NPs), primary care physicians (PCPs), nurses, pharmacists, and other clinicians who care for adult patients with ADHD.

The goal of this activity is to investigate clinician practice gaps and barriers in ADHD care while incorporating patient perspectives into the assessment of these gaps.

Upon completion of this activity, participants will:

  • Have increased knowledge regarding the
    • Role of nonstimulants in the treatment of adult ADHD
  • Self-assess learning needs related to
    • Tailoring medication selection for adult patients with ADHD
