This activity is intended for cardiologists, primary care physicians (PCPs), hematology and oncology specialists, emergency medicine physicians, nephrologists, nurse practitioners (NPs), physician assistants (PAs), pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals (HCPs) involved in the care of patients with HF.
