Target Audience and Goal Statement

This activity is intended for cardiologists, pulmonologists, primary care physicians, nurses, nurse practitioners, pharmacists, physician assistants, and other healthcare providers involved in the care of patients with PAH.

The goal of this activity is for learners to be better able to know the goals of treating PAH, the role of combination therapy, and the importance of collaboration with the interprofessional team to optimize patient outcomes.

Upon completion of this activity, participants will:

  • Have greater competence related to
    • The selection of an appropriate treatment for PAH
  • Demonstrate greater confidence in their ability to
    • Collaborate with the interprofessional team to improve PAH treatment selection
