Lily, a 72-year-old woman, presents at your practice because she feels like she has become more forgetful lately and her husband, Alexander, who has accompanied her today, is becoming particularly concerned. When you question Lily about specific instances where she noticed her forgetfulness, she tells you that she sometimes forgets to buy certain items at the grocery store. Alexander adds that she once got lost coming back from the shopping center when a road was closed for construction.
