Target Audience and Goal Statement

This activity is intended for primary care physicians, diabetologists and endocrinologists, and other healthcare professionals involved in the management of T2D.

The goal of this activity is for learners to successfully initiate CGM and use CGM data to inform T2D treatment decisions.

Upon completion of this activity, participants will:
