Target Audience and Goal Statement

This educational activity is intended for a global audience of primary care physicians, nurses, and pharmacists.

The goal of this activity is for learners to be better able to screen for and identify chronic kidney disease (CKD) in high-risk patients, including patients with multiple risk factors and comorbidities.

Upon completion of this activity, participants will:
