Target Audience and Goal Statement

This activity is intended for rheumatologists and other healthcare professionals who treat patients with SpA globally, including the United States.

The goal of this activity is for learners to be better able to select appropriate and individualized pharmacologic and nonpharmacologic interventions for patients with axial spondyloarthritis (axSpA) and psoriatic arthritis (PsA) with axial involvement.

Upon completion of this intervention, learners will have greater competence in:

  • Assessing disease activity in patients with SpA
  • Selecting pharmacologic therapy for patients with SpA
  • Incorporating nonpharmacologic strategies into treatment programs
