Target Audience and Goal Statement

This educational activity is intended for an international audience of non-US primary care physicians, nurses, and pharmacists.

The goal of this activity is for learners to be better able to ensure that they know the COVID-19 guidelines for different patient populations in order to increase awareness of the ongoing importance of COVID-19 immunization during the transition to endemicity and in light of Omicron subvariants.

Upon completion of this activity, participants will:

  • Have increased knowledge regarding the
    • COVID-19 vaccine guidance in different patient populations 
    • Clinical impact of COVID-19 vaccination on morbidity and mortality with current variants
