Target Audience and Goal Statement

This activity is intended for oncology nurses, nurse practitioners (NPs), pharmacists, and other clinicians involved in the care of patients with solid tumors.

The goal of this activity is that learners will be better able to understand foundational information about the components and mechanisms of action of ADCs, as well as tools and strategies to help with implementing ADCs in practice.

Upon completion of this activity, participants will:

  • Have increased knowledge regarding the
    • Mechanism of action of ADCs used to treat patients with solid tumors
    • Key factors that may indicate that ADC therapy is appropriate for a patient with a solid tumor
  • Demonstrate greater confidence in their ability to
    • Work as an interprofessional team to address treatment-related adverse events (AEs) associated with ADCs
