Target Audience and Goal Statement

This activity is intended for a global audience of dermatologists, surgeons, primary care physicians, emergency medicine physicians, and obstetrics/gynecology specialists. 

The goal of this activity is that participants will have an increased knowledge of the typical patient journey in HS and the importance of early and accurate diagnosis in improving the patient experience.

Upon completion of this activity, participants will:

  • Have increased knowledge regarding the
    • Typical patient experience with HS
    • Role of the multidisciplinary team in managing patients with HS
  • Demonstrate greater confidence in their ability to
    • Diagnose HS early
