Target Audience and Goal Statement

This educational activity is intended for an international audience of non-US primary care physicians and pediatricians.

The goal of this activity is that physicians will have increased knowledge regarding the management of the irritable infant.

Upon completion of this activity, participants will:

  • Have increased knowledge regarding the
    • Clinical assessment of an irritable and fussy infant
    • Risks associated with excessive crying in an infant
  • Demonstrate greater confidence in their ability to
    • Discuss evidence-based nutritional management of the irritable and fussy child with parents
