Target Audience and Goal Statement

This educational activity is intended for non-US neurologists, hematology/oncology specialists, transplant surgeons, rheumatologists, dermatologists, gastroenterologists, infectious disease specialists, pediatricians, pharmacists, and nurses.

The goal of this activity is that physicians will have increased knowledge on the immunologic responses to SARS-CoV-2 vaccines in immunocompromised patients, clinical and real-world evidence with COVID-19 vaccines in specific immunocompromised populations, and strategies to overcome vaccine hesitancy.

Upon completion of this activity, participants will:

  • Have increased knowledge regarding the
    • Immunologic responses to SARS-CoV-2 vaccines in immunocompromised patients
    • Evidence with COVID-19 vaccines in specific immunocompromised populations
    • Strategies to overcome vaccine hesitancy
