Target Audience and Goal Statement

This educational activity is intended for an international audience of non-US HIV/infectious disease specialists, primary care physicians, and obstetricians and gynecologists.

The goal of this activity is to increase awareness around stigma and other barriers, specifically focusing on women living with HIV (WLWH) to improve and optimize their screening and care.

Upon completion of this activity, participants will:

  • Have increased knowledge regarding the
    • Comorbidities in ageing WLWH
    • Impact of stigma on the management of comorbidities in ageing WLWH
  • Have greater competence related to
    • Utilizing best practices in the management of ageing WLWH
