Target Audience and Goal Statement

This activity was developed for healthcare providers.

This interactive experience will help healthcare providers practice helping men make decisions about prostate cancer treatment. Through this program, providers will learn a streamlined shared decision-making framework and get feedback on their approach.

Upon completion of this activity, participants will be able to:

1) Talk with men about prostate cancer treatment in a way that incorporates their personal values and preferences.
2) Use a shared decision-making framework when discussing active surveillance as an option for men with lower-risk cancers.
