Target Audience and Goal Statement

This activity is intended for cardiologists and primary care physicians.

The goal of this activity is to educate clinicians on the early diagnosis and treatment of a cardiomyopathy.

Upon completion of this activity, participants will:

  • Demonstrate improved performance associated with
    • Patient assessment to improve early diagnosis of patients with a cardiomyopathy
    • Ordering appropriate treatment for patients with this condition
    • Monitoring patients to assess treatment response
