Target Audience and Goal Statement

This activity is intended for orthopedists and orthopedic surgeons, rheumatologists, and primary care physicians who manage patients with knee osteoarthritis (OA).

The goal of this activity is to increase physicians' knowledge in the development of personalized treatment goals and selection of therapies based on patient preference and comorbidities for patients with knee OA.

Upon completion of this activity, participants will:

  • Have increased knowledge regarding
    • The development of personalized treatment goals for patients with knee osteoarthritis (OA)
    • Personalized selection of therapies for the management of knee OA based on patient preference and applicable comorbidities using shared decision-making
