About This Series
Pulmonary hypertension (PH) is a debilitating, chronic disease of the pulmonary vasculature that rapidly progresses and ultimately leads to right-sided heart failure and premature death. Untreated PH is associated with worsening symptoms, and significant morbidity and mortality. In Season 4 of this series, Dr Charles Vega interviews Drs Vallerie McLauglin, Richard Channick, and Ioana Preston on a wide range of topics, from pathophysiology to disparities in care.
