About This Series
Non-antibody-mediated nephropathies with exclusive or predominant C3 deposits like C3 glomerulopathy (C3G), or with immunoglobulins, immunocomplexes, and complement deposits, like immunoglobulin A nephropathy (IgAN) or membranoproliferative glomerulonephritis (MPGN), all have in common that up to 50% of patients will progress to ESKD within 10 years. In Season 1 of this series, leading experts across Europe will take us through a journey starting at the art and technique of underpinning the differential diagnosis and what the possibilities are for future management of complement-mediated kidney diseases.
